Guess The Quote: Romney or Gatsby
Comedy Central’s Indecision blog put up an uproariously funny post this week, asking readers to guess the origin of certain quotes. The two options are quotes from guests at Mitt Romney’s recent Hampton’s high-dollar fundraiser, or quotes from guests at Jay Gatsby’s famous West Egg affairs.
I legitimately missed on #7.
Veep Mistakes
A Democratic SuperPAC called American Bridge 21st Century — seriously that’s their name — launched a website today called VeepMistakes.com.
It features hundreds of pages of opposition research on three high-profile Republicans who are rumored to be on Mitt Romney’s short-list for VP, including Rob Portman, Tim Pawlenty and Marco Rubio. The site makes no mention of newly minted front-runner Condi Rice, yet anyway.
